SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are typically shipped from our boutique location within 2-3 business days, and this does not include the shipping time (Excluding Weekends and Holidays)

Please allow 12-24 business hours for the postal service to process the package, as it must be scanned at the location of departure before you are able to follow the shipment. We will also notify you via email that we have packaged your shipment.

  •  Orders typically take 3-5 business days for shipping, and this does not include the processing time.
  •  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date to the email that you provided us during the checkout process.
  •  We are closed Weekends and Holidays and start processing weekend orders on the next business day in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note we are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL ORDERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN IN THE FORM OF ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY.

We know that sometimes when we order items, then we get them, they just don’t work out the way we originally planned.  If that’s the case with your purchase from Freckled Fem Boutique, we’re here to work with you- so here’s what we’ll do-TOGETHER: 

Everything must be returned back to ‘Freckled Fem Returns’ and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered. Unfortunately, all return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Freckled Fem are not responsible for any packages lost or missing during the shipping process. Ship the item(s) back to our address:

These Items are FINAL SALE and will NOT be accepted for a return:

  • Seasonal + Holiday Items
  • Jewelry + Accessories
  • Eyewear + Hair Accessories
  • Home + Gift Items
  • Personalized Items
  • Sale Items
  • Discounted Merchandise including; flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount.

Store credits are only eligible on non-final sale items when they are postmarked within 14 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to ‘Freckled Fem Returns’ in their original condition with all original tags still attached; unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

 

 

 

REFUND POLICY

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit from our boutique location
  • Once received, and in good condition- store credit will be sent to the email address each customer has provided at checkout. If you haven’t received a store credit in a timely manner, and you cannot locate it in any of your email folders- please feel free to email us at info@freckledfemboutique.com. Please include your order number and first and last name in the email.
  • We do not notify customers when we receive the return package to our boutique location. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you can track when it has arrived to our location. 

 

 

 

EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the limited quantity of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the availability of specific items.  If you are shopping and need a different size/color in an item, you can send us a quick message with your request.  If you order an item and it just isn’t the right size/color, but you love it and need another size/color; you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return but also state that you want the exact same items in a specific color and size.  Once you request this item, your store credit will be used to purchase the new item.  Once the new item is shipped, it will not be eligible for Return because it will be deemed as ‘Special Order.’

  

 

POLICY FOR DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

The Freckled Fem Team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

  • Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
  • All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your product or it will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us immediately at info@freckledfemboutique.com and provide us with a photo of the damaged/defective item, and description of what we’re looking at. Please include your first and last name and order number in the email.
